
About the Author
The author, a mother of three, is happily married to a lawyer. She is an architect who skillfully balances her work with her responsibilities as a mother and wife, all while helping to provide care for her 98-year-old father. Her very loving and supportive husband, along with her wonderful and remarkably accomplished children, serve as her constant source of happiness.
She is a proud alumna of the University of the Philippines. Her commitment to help address the growing concern of depression is evident in her effort to pursue further studies from both Yale and Stanford Universities and earn certificates in psychology and well-being as well as food and health.
Beyond these accomplishments, the author is the Founder and President of Project Life JCGU Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the youth cope with depression, aiming to save lives, empower young individuals, and promote mental health awareness and well-being among the younger generation. Her multifaceted commitment to family, profession, and advocacy reflects a life rich in purpose and compassion.
